30-Day Program – Transformation Targets

Nickey:

  1. Habit – Wake up at 7.30am, reach work by 9.30am.
  2. Health – Quit coffee addiction – no coffee/tea for 30 days.
  3. Skills – To write 2 chapters of novel by end of 30 days.
  4. Spiritual – To read Bible 2-3 chapters/day.

Kin Wai:

  1. Health – Go to gym on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat/Sun
  2. Habit – Wake up 2 hrs before classes and don’t skip class
  3. Skills – Learn to present and write better
  4. Financial – not to spend too much, planning to spend 120/week only on food.

Jeffrey:

  1. Exercise at least twice every week.
  2. Aallocate time for each assignments ( hope to follow the schedule).
  3. Try to gain so weight through exercising….maybe gym i guess and then eat more (try 30 days 1st and then see the effect ).
  4. Sleep earlier ( before 2 am).

Derek:

  1. Spiritual goals – read at least one chapter of the Bible each day
  2. Health goals – cut down on snacking (junk food), exercise at least 3 days a week for at least 20 minutes
  3. Habits – cut down on unnecessary spending, save at least 30% of income
  4. Skills management – pick up management and leadership skills by reading books

Sean:

  1. Info Resources – 700K for 2010, 1M in 2011
  2. Info Resources – Get more organize
  3. Health – Gain weight, restart my badminton session
  4. Health – Watch my diet, lacking of calcium
  5. Spiritual – Finish reading new testaments. Hahaha
  6. Wealth – Able to save up to buying a car by my own
  7. Travels cum business – Concurring the northern and southern part
  8. Friends – Able to help, to bless friends who in need
  9. Time – Dun waste time, you lazy bum, always tired, sleep early laa
  10. Family – Spend more time with them
